Frequently asked questions

Méribel or Val Thorens — which is better?

Méribel is central with charming wooden chalets and easy access everywhere; Val Thorens is the most snow-sure, high-altitude choice. Both are on the same 3 Vallées pass.

When should I book?

Book Christmas, New Year and February 6 to 9 months ahead. Late season in Val Thorens offers excellent snow and lower prices.

Are ski passes included?

No, bookings cover accommodation only. We are happy to advise on passes, ski hire and lessons.

Which airport is closest?

Chambéry, then Geneva and Lyon. Moûtiers station is the nearest train station for Eurostar and TGV.
