These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and the accommodation booking services offered under the Lumière Travels name.

By using this website or making a booking, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that the information you provide is accurate, and that you accept these Terms & Conditions, our Cancellation Policy, our Reservation Policy and our Privacy Policy.

We offer the rental of chalets and apartments in ski resorts in Switzerland, France, Italy and Austria. Unless expressly stated, our bookings cover accommodation only — ski passes, equipment rental, lessons and transport are not included.

Property descriptions, photos and distances are provided in good faith by us and the property owners. Minor differences do not constitute a breach of contract.

All prices are shown in EUR (€) and include VAT where applicable. Local tourist taxes, security deposits and optional services are shown separately when they apply. The payment methods available for your booking are shown at checkout.

A booking is confirmed once the required payment has been received and a confirmation email has been issued. Obvious pricing errors do not bind us; if an error affects your booking, we will inform you and offer the correct price or a free cancellation with a full refund.

Refunds, where due, are issued to the original payment method. The processing time depends on your bank or card issuer.

Under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code (and the equivalent EU rule), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services provided on specific dates. Cancellations are therefore governed only by the cancellation conditions of your booking.

• Provide accurate personal and booking information.
• Carry valid travel documents (passport/ID, visas where required) — Switzerland is outside the EU but within Schengen.
• Respect the house rules, maximum occupancy and check-in/check-out times of the property.
• Leave the property in good condition; you are liable for any damage caused during your stay.
• Have suitable winter equipment for your vehicle when driving to mountain resorts.

The property may refuse entry or end a stay, without refund, in case of serious breach of the house rules.

We are liable for the correct performance of our services. We are not liable for failures attributable to you, to third parties unconnected with the booking, or to unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances (such as avalanches, road closures, lack of snow or lift closures), without prejudice to our duty to assist you.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes the rights granted to you by mandatory French and EU consumer protection law.

Lumière Travels and all content on this website (texts, design, logos, images) are protected by intellectual property rights held by SARL Paris Travel Tour or its licensors. Reproduction or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

These terms are governed by French law. In case of a complaint, please contact us first at [email protected]; we will do our best to find a solution quickly.

If no solution is found, consumers may refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator in accordance with Articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code. Disputes are submitted to the courts of the consumer's domicile or, where legally permitted, to the courts of Paris (France).
