SARL Paris Travel Tour is the data controller responsible for the personal data processed through this website and our booking services.

• Identity & contact data: name, email, phone, and ID/passport details where the law of the country of your accommodation requires guest registration.
• Booking data: dates, resort, property, number of guests, special requests.
• Payment data: processed securely by our payment providers — we never store full card numbers.
• Communications: emails, calls and WhatsApp messages with our team.
• Website usage: technical data and cookies (see section 8).

• To manage your booking (performance of a contract).
• To comply with legal obligations — invoicing, accounting, tax and guest registration requirements.
• To assist you before, during and after your stay (contract / legitimate interest).
• Marketing — only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

We share your data only where necessary: with the owner or manager of the property you book, payment processors, and IT, hosting and booking-software providers (such as our booking platform) that process data on our behalf under contract. We never sell your personal data.

Authorities may receive data where the law requires it, for example guest registration rules in France, Switzerland, Italy or Austria.

Your data is processed within the European Economic Area whenever possible. Switzerland benefits from an EU adequacy decision. If a transfer to another country is necessary, we ensure adequate safeguards (adequacy decisions or EU Standard Contractual Clauses).

We keep booking and invoicing data for the periods required by French commercial and tax law (accounting documents: 10 years). Marketing data is kept until you withdraw consent, or 3 years after our last contact with you. Data no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, the right to data portability, and the right to give instructions about your data after your death.
